Pair Antique Victorian Porcelain Garniture Vases/Urns Hunt Scenes Devil Handles

Fantastic large pair of antique garniture vases/urns. Each depicts a unique hunt scene on its front panel.

Each has the same design on the reverse side in gold gilt. The best feature of these urns is the figural devil type creature masks that adorn the base of each handle. From the mouths of these mythical creatures hand links of chain. Typically you'll find hanging ring handles but these "rings" are in the ovular shape of chain links.

There is real gold decoration all over these, along with an art nouveau esque leaf and berry/flower design. Both feature a hunter and his hound(s). One has successfully bagged some game, likely retrieved with the help of his excited companion. The other hunter seems to be contemplating or lamenting the "one that got away" while his hounds rest. They display fabulously and have a presence at 11 tall. One has a hairline crack starting at the rim and going a ways down the neck. The same vase with the hairline has a chipped nose on one the creatures.

The hairline could likely be erased with a peroxide bath which is an old antique dealers trick. It really looks fine as is though.

The other vase has no issues other than some typical light wear to the gold gilding. They both have an incised "58" on their base. I think this is likely but I suppose they could also be continental European.
